Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email nexie.fashions@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality check.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
